WHAT YOU’LL DO AS THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:

• Perform general office and administrative duties to support daily operations as the Office Administrator.
• Release manufacturing and finished goods orders using our order management system.
• Monitor and respond to email queries and support other Command Centre functions during absences.
• Ensure sensitive data is handled with discretion and stored securely.
• Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, risk assessments, and training completion.
• Assist in health and safety audits and documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support health and safety initiatives.
