At Aerones, we build world-leading robotic solutions for the wind industry. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to take care of our HQ and support our team’s everyday work.

What you’ll do
  • Take care of the daily running of the office (4 floors), making sure everything is tidy and equipment works well.
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Order office supplies, handle deliveries, and keep stock organized.
  • Provide everyday administrative support to managers and colleagues.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and employee activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
  • Create Internal weekly news updates and make sure internal communication runs smoothly.

Requirements
  • Experience in office administration or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of document handling (a plus, but not required).
  • Comfortable using MS Office and everyday office equipment (yes, even coffee machines).
  • Good communication skills in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
  • You enjoy organizing events and activities.
  • You are positive, flexible, and proactive personality with a strong sense of initiative.
  • You evaluate yourself as dependable, supportive, and detail-oriented.
