Overview
We are looking for a dynamic administrative professional to help keep our busy office moving in the right direction. The Full-Time Office Administrator will be based in our Washington DC office. The role will collaborate with the greater team of office administrators and provide full-time administrative support across multiple teams.

We are looking for someone who loves to help get things done and enjoys handling the day-to-day details that make everyone’s lives more comfortable. You will play an integral part in championing the organization's culture.
More specifically, you will play a central role in the experience of our employees and visitors by:
- Maintaining office services and by organizing all office operations and procedures
- Support for C- Suite and Board members E.g., expenses, meeting set ups
- Working with building management on maintenance or necessary notifications
- Shipping & receiving mail through Fed Ex, and occasionally USPS.
- Improving office efficiency by evaluating existing office systems
- Helping keep the work environment well set up for employees by keeping the tools they need on hand and the space maintained E.g., ordering and stocking office and kitchen supplies & preparing desks for new hires.
- Coordinating and preparing for large and small events, and weekly lunches
- Submit invoices for office as needed
- Serve as support to IT as needed for technical assistance within the office
- Support communications functions, including serving as backup for content creation, management of participants and call set up for All Hands Calls
- Support HR Business Partner and talent team with various scheduling, coordinating and organizing needs, including the intern and mentor programs
- Manage departmental information for annual ESG reporting

Education & Experience Required
- Previous experience providing administrative support
- Experience handling office responsibilities
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-growing environment
- Composure in the face of adverse circumstances.
- Exceptional judgement and the ability to be discreet on sensitive matters
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy.
- Willingness and ability to follow guided instruction provided by IT to install or troubleshoot equipment

Location: Washington DC, and ability to go into the office on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $50,000-$65,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
