As the Office Administrator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations at our Bundall office, support new staff on boarding, and provide support to the Executive team. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting leadership.

  • Expense claim processing

  • Meeting minutes and organisation

  • Drafting and formatting correspondence

  • Diary management

  • Contribute to new staff on boarding in collaboration with the EA and HR teams

  • Support meetings by organizing beverages and catering for the Executive team

  • Provide ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants

  • Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in office administration

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
