We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and assist with key HR functions. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff and management, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
What you will do
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
- Support & Coordination: Provide support to staff and management by handling correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing communication channels (phone calls and emails).
- Resource Management: Manage office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
- Policy Management: Review and update office policies and procedures to maintain order and adapt to changing needs.
- Facilities Coordination: Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
- Work Environment: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Reporting: Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- HR Administration: Employee Records , assisting with keeping and updating employee records,
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

- Two to three years of management experience in an office setting, with some experience in HR administration preferred.
