Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join their Wealth Management team in Winnipeg on a full time, basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond effectively to all inquiries from clients, couriers and employees in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
  • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instructions.
  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Coordinating the booking and setting up of meeting rooms 
  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Creating file folders on shared drive
  • Working with a team including Advisors and assisting
  • Assisting the team in transferring documents
  • Dealing with paperwork and documentation
  • Dealing with various departments ie; transfers, and registered plans

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, & Word).
