This role is more than answering phones and greeting visitors. You'll be a key part of our daily operations, helping support customers, employees, and leadership while ensuring our office runs efficiently. - Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized office environment
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Support scheduling for installations, service appointments, and deliveries
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with customer orders, order confirmations, and related documentation
- Prepare and distribute emails, reports, and internal communications
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and office supplies
- Communicate with vendors and support day-to-day office operations
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
