The PositionThis is a fixed-term role and the employment contract will be processed via our temporary
employment agency provider. Main focus of this role is to provide support with diverse activities
of Habitats at the Pharma Division and is open to fresh graduates.
Areas of responsibility
● Support with coordination of activities with Patient Journey Partners
● Involvement with organization of National Congresses, RIMEs, Consultations, Advisory
Board meetings, Investigators meetings, and activities connected to the position of an
assistant (organizing of internal meetings, business travels /especially logistics,
registrations, accommodation, flight tickets, transfers on an as-needed basis)
● Prepare documents for financial department, non-monetary and monetary income
reporting (NCZI, withholding tax, EFPIA)
● Create Purchase orders/ requests in the system before the activity; regular update on
goods received in the system
● Communication with suppliers
● GDPR HCPs consents management
● Support with organizing internal company events
Ad hoc responsibilities as temporary back up during vacation you might also be responsible for:
● Create an organizational roof for the department activities
● Ensure smooth marketing / sales events administration
● Assist departments in defining their needs, complex arrangement of various projects and
coordination with all involved vendors
● Cover receptionist tasks during vacation/sick days
Successful candidate requirements
● Higher education degree or University degree
● Fluent English and Slovak language
● Experience in a similar role is a plus
● Customer-focused to establish professional collaboration
● Ability to handle conflicting priorities
● Great communication skills to be able to propose ideas and arguments
● Willingness to work on improving processes and guidelines
● Self-driven and self-disciplined to achieve closure of tasks within deadlines
● Able to work in a complex and agile environment
● Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
● SAP experience
● Basic finance processes knowledge
