Office Admin Executive (Singapore)

This opportunity is for analytical and self-motivated candidates who can multitask and manage their workload in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be working with like-minded team members in a vibrant and energetic office environment.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US 

• Office reception, mail collection and courier arrangement 

• Procurement of weekly grocery and stationery 

• Employee business travel arrangement (flight and hotel room booking) with travel agency  

• Coordinate with Office and Warehouse facilities management  

• Organizing / Supporting events coordination and liaising with relevant vendors  

• Coordinate and oversee cleaning and maintenance  

• Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols in the office and warehouse  

• Processing invoices via in-house system 

• New hire preparation (Name card, door access, workstation, lockers etc.) 

• Monthly global organization chart update 

• Daily & weekly attendance/leave records compilation. 

• Recording employee training 

• Other ad-hoc administrative matters. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

• At least 1-3 years of general admin experience is preferred 

• Willingness to travel to warehouse location if is required 

• Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365 especially outlook, excel and PowerPoint) 

• Minimum “O” level education  

• Strong spoken and written communication  

• Good interpersonal skills 

• Team player with positive, independent and attention to detail attitude
