We're looking for an organized and people-oriented Office Admin to cover a 9-months maternity leave. You'll be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly and supporting the team with day-to-day operational needs. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day office operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
- Keep the office clean, organized, and fully stocked - supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Place orders and manage the distribution of office supplies and equipment
- Work with external vendors and service providers (facilities, HVAC, cleaning services, food, equipment)
- Open and track service calls with external suppliers
- Coordinate employee travel - flights, hotels, and communication with travel agencies
- Handle logistics for in-office meetings and team events
- Help organize company events - team offsites, fun days, happy hours, and holiday celebrations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes on the administrative side
- Provide administrative support to different teams across the company
- Experience as office administration
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Can multitask and stay positive under pressure
- A team player who enjoys helping others and getting things done
- Reliable and independent with strong follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Hybrid role- 3 days per week from the office
