We are looking for a Offers Engineer, with the goal of designing and developing competitive technical-commercial proposals for solar energy, energy storage, and integrated solutions projects, supporting the commercial team in requirements analysis, system sizing, and preparation of proposals tailored to large accounts, tenders, and multisite clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of technical specifications and requirements of tenders and private projects: interpret technical, legal, and economic conditions to structure the appropriate proposal.
- System design and sizing: conduct preliminary studies for photovoltaic and storage (BESS) installations, considering grid integration, client needs, and current regulations.
- Preparation of technical-commercial proposals: prepare technical reports, simulations, equipment comparisons, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaboration on strategic accounts: support the marketing and sales teams in developing customized proposals for multisite clients or those with advanced needs (energy efficiency, collective self-consumption, group strategies, etc.).
- Coordination with suppliers and manufacturers: request technical specifications, pricing, and delivery times to ensure the feasibility and competitiveness of the solution.
- Technical-economic optimization of offers: analyze alternatives and configurations to maximize value for the client and internal profitability.
- Support in negotiations: assist the commercial team in the technical defense of proposals during client presentations and meetings.
- Follow-up and continuous improvement: analyze the results of submitted proposals, identify patterns, and apply lessons learned to future opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Additional training in renewable energy or energy efficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in design, proposals, or drafting of solar and/or storage installation offers.
- Knowledge of simulation tools (PV*SOL, PVSyst, advanced Excel).
- Familiarity with reviewing technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Attention to detail and advanced planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
