Support the OEX Intelligence team by transforming data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and exploratory data science initiatives that enable better decision‑making across the business.
The RoleAs an OEX Intelligence Intern, you will work closely with analysts and engineers to build dashboards, analyze datasets, and support the development of data solutions. You will contribute to key initiatives that require strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a desire to learn tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake. This role is ideal for someone interested in data analysis, business intelligence, and early exposure to machine learning concepts.
What You’ll Do- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI with a focus on clear visualization and storytelling with data
- Perform descriptive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python
- Support data acquisition and integration from multiple sources (including Snowflake, Ignition)
- Contribute to solving complex problems through data‑driven analysis
- Participate in exploratory machine learning initiatives
- Curious about data analysis and its application in real business challenges
- Able to interpret information and draw clear conclusions from data
- Basic ability to communicate findings through visualizations and simple explanations
- Logical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset grounded in data
- Eager to learn tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and careful when handling information
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a team
