Objective
Development and implementation of digitalization projects across plants in collaboration with technical teams to improve strategic indicators.
The Role
As a Digitalization Intern, you will support the deployment of digital solutions in manufacturing environments. Your work will focus on improving operational visibility, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making in alignment with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and participate in digitalization and data analytics projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities using data insights.
- Program PLCs and HMI panels based on project requirements.
- Implement and replicate digitalization solutions across plants.
- Contribute to projects aligned with business strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operational excellence teams.
- Support the definition and standardization of digital project frameworks.
- Actively participate in DMS meetings with operations teams.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams on software development.
- Improve visualization of operational opportunities across production lines.
Expected Outcomes
- ANDON System: Visual communication for production line issues.
- Auto Escalation: Automated task escalation and reminders to the right stakeholders.
- Real-Time Process Visibility: Monitoring and tracking of plant-level activities.
- PLC Traceability & AI Chatbot: Guided interaction to identify root causes of failures.
