OEM Customer Return Coordinator
The OEM Returns Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of OEM returns back to our customers. The leading candidate will work with each value stream daily to develop an OEM returns priority plan.
Estimated hourly base pay: $27.40 (minimum) - $35.58 (midpoint) - $43.75 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Receives, processes, and schedules incoming product. Creates and tracks work orders, maintains status in operating system, Follows standard process to meet customer expectations.
- Communication: Communicates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis and determine work scope for product.
- Quality: Accurately gathers and evaluates data, changes and maintains records per operating standards.
