Job Description- Ensures and implements LEONI Operating System standards for production equipment, processes and released suppliers
- Implements required structure, resources, know-how, procedures and activities to support production for all OEE related activities
- Participates in development of OEE related standards and best practice together with central functions and/or other countries
- Analyses the OEE downtimes, defines action plans, generates monthly report and distributes it to OEE Central function and Country Production and Infrastructure Management organisation
- Prepares and executes daily OEE meetings with production and influencing parties, steers weekly/monthly review meetings and maintains appropriate process relevant documentation
- Coordinates and follows up (inter-departmental) improvement activities related to OEE and contributes to the improvement of OEE figures in agreement with local leadership team
- Prepares capacity studies, identification of additional need or surplus of equipment
- Is responsible for the internal coordination of all topics for machine transfers (incoming, outgoing)
- Defines training requirements/refreshments on related OEE topics and trains employees (e.g. Segment Leaders, Shift Leaders, Operators etc.) on OEE relevant topics and specific processes
- Reports progress of the assigned tasks and documentation on a regular base to both solid and dotted line superiors, including escalation when needed and acts as contact person for OEE central functions
- Level of Education : BAC + 5
- Field of Study: Technical/Scientific
- Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated
- Language : French & English
- IT: Microsoft Office

Skills Required
- BAC+5 degree in a technical or scientific field
- Fluency in French and English
