Odoo Developer

Job Summary: The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Odoo modules tailored to our EMR requirements. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development Leadership:
   
• Lead the design and development of complex Odoo modules for the EMR software.
  
• Customize and optimize Odoo applications to meet specific hospital needs.
  
• Implement new functionalities and integrations as required.
  
2. Technical Oversight:
   
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  
3. Integration and Migration:
   
• Integrate Odoo with other hospital systems and third-party applications.
  
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.
  
4. Quality Assurance:
   
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
  
• Ensure the reliability and performance of Odoo applications.
  
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  
• Maintain detailed technical documentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Experience:
  
• Extensive experience in Odoo development (5+ years).
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
