Your role at Exness:
We are looking for seasoned Python engineers, with solid Odoo experience, to join our Corporate Development team. The role will be focused on the implementation of complex business logic in the area of our internal products, primarily in the finance domain. You’ll work in a multinational and diverse environment. We’re looking for a person who will extend, optimise, and support the production of existing software solutions, ensuring that we capture as much value from the market as possible.
You will:
- Help us build world-class ERP on top of the Odoo platform.
- Customise and configure Odoo modules, workflows, users etc.
- Plan and execute the implementation of Odoo within the organisation, including data migration, system setup, user training and go-live support.
- Monitor and maintain the Odoo system, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting and applying necessary updates and security measures.
- Integrate Odoo with other systems, such as accounting software and CRM systems, to streamline business processes and data flow.
- Do 1st line troubleshooting for colleagues.
What makes you a great fit:
- A passion for building a trading product that brings the world together.
- Four or more years of commercial software development using Python and excellent knowledge of its stack.
- Solid Odoo experience is a plus.
- Good experience with PostgreSQL.
- Solid knowledge of general computer science and working experience with various system designs and integrational patterns.
- Solid experience with ORM and DBMS, including database architecting.
- Ability to cover your software with unit tests, having experience in integrational and load tests.
- Ability to use advanced English for different work & business purposes.
- Cultivation of DevOps culture and usage of relevant tools–solid experience with operating systems, networking models, virtualisation, and containerisation, would also be appreciated.
