Key Responsibilities
- Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers.
- Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.
- Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards.
- Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
- Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in project management.
- Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
- Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations, conducting market analysis, and meticulous product planning.
- A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
Skills Required
