What are we looking for?

We are seeking a visionary, senior analytics leader with a proven track record of transforming data and AI into measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strategic Influence: Ability to provide thought leadership, shape priorities, and influence senior stakeholders both regionally and globally

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional skills in building scalable analytics capabilities, driving adoption of standardised processes, and fostering a culture of data-led decision-making

  • Change Management Excellence: Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of new tools, insights, and practices in complex, high-growth environments

  • Born Collaborator: Naturally thrives in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with multiple teams — from business leaders to data science, data engineering, and external vendor partners — both regionally and globally

  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to navigate uncertainty, make decisions with incomplete information, and shape direction in a rapidly evolving business landscape

  • Strong Communication & Storytelling: Capability to translate complex analytics into actionable, persuasive insights that drive strategic decisions

  • Demonstrable Experience: Proven track record of senior-level leadership in analytics, SRM, or related commercial transformation initiatives

This leader will serve as a key enabler for North America’s SRM transformation, delivering both immediate impact and positioning the organisation for long-term growth through data, analytics, and AI.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the North America SRM team, shaping the future of analytics-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the adoption of AI and digital tools, embedding prescriptive insights into portfolio, pricing, and promotion strategies.

  • Build scalable analytics capabilities that enable the SRM team to move from tactical execution to strategic growth impact.

  • Partner with cross-functional regional & global teams to ensure analytics insights translate into measurable revenue, margin, and market share gains

  • Drive continuous innovation in data, modelling, and AI approaches to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving CPG landscape.

  • Raise the bar for analytics standards and practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
