Job Summary:
As an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at Illuminate USA, you will light the way for improved organizational performance, integrated project management adoption and highly effective change management integration across the organization. In this role, you will work with key business stakeholders to enable processes and tools as well as provide hands-on support to coordinate strategic and operational improvements realizing our desired business results.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Effectiveness
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Support organizational design strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with OD and L&D on performance management processes and learning programs to drive a high-performance culture while enhancing leadership capabilities and promoting employee engagement.
- Identify and monitor organizational effectiveness metrics to measure progress an provide actionable insights.
Project & Change Management
- Leverage change management and project management strategies to design and deliver change plans and project plans to ensure successful and sustainable organizational behavior change.
- Effectively utilize a variety of tools during different phases of change to realize gains in organizational capability.
- Support the activation of change management guidelines, processes, and implementation practices for people, projects and product changes.
- Synthesize analytics and insights to drive sustainable change and enable organizational transformation in support of the organization’s strategies and priorities.
- Champion the integration of The Illuminate Way for project management into the organization by providing coaching, training and coordinating with project owners for realization
- Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to change and develop strategies to overcome resistance.
Culture Building
- Facilitate the effective understanding and alignment of our business strategy, vision, mission and values throughout the organization.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training approaches enabling smooth transitions and sustained adoption.
- Support organizational effectiveness and associate development initiatives as needed.
- Engrain The Illuminate Way into the culture to ensure the realization of the right results from projects and improvement ideas.
- Leverage The Illuminate Way of doing business to activate the right processes, systems and check functions to ensure consistent and efficient achievement of goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project and /or change management experience.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power PI with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate and present findings, recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Phenomenal collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
- Strong knowledge of change management, culture development and team effectiveness principles.
- Ability to communicate a story and effectively make a business case for change or improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change Management certification (i.e. Prosci)
- Project Management certification
- Strong Six Sigma knowledge
- Experience working in manufacturing
- Bi-lingual a plus
