What success looks like in this role:
The rise of AI has caused a fundamental shift in the workplace. The organizations that lead this transition won’t win by doing the old job faster, they will win by embracing the change and rethinking the job entirely.
Often, this work is split in two: giving people access to and training on the tools, and separately trying to manage the change.
You'll support both halves of the problem: the curriculum that builds people's ability to know when and how to work with AI, and the operating model that turns that judgment into an adopted, governed, and measured practice across the organization.
You’ll need to think both strategically and tactically. Some days present a high-level, multi-year strategy question; other days, it's working with one team on one workflow to figure out together what "working differently" means today. Both halves are held to the same bar: driving business impact and improving the daily lives of our employees.
Key responsibilities:
● Define and deploy, globally. Map how the work is done today, end-to-end, pinpointing opportunities for AI integration across organizations (such as internal operations, client delivery, pre-sales, and product).
● Collaboratively define adoption and governance operating models. Help design the model, sponsorship, measurement, feedback loops, guardrails, as part of a broader team effort, and help drive how it runs while minimizing resistance and disruption.
● Drive AI fluency as a durable capability. Oversee the creation of scalable learning experiences that give people real judgment about delegation, discernment, and diligence with AI, model-agnostic.
● Support practical upskilling. Oversee the creation and/or curation of resources that ensure that people have the functional ability to leverage AI in the flow of work.
● Contribute to Unisys presales success. Shape custom Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training strategies that win client pursuits and ensure long-term adoption.
● Think strategically in terms of what the organization’s work might look like in five years, and also in terms of the specific exercise, workflow, or conversation that needs to happen now to move toward it.
● Measure behavior and prove it’s worth it. Define what changed practice looks like for each audience and tie adoption back to real business outcomes and to the actual work lives of the people doing the work.
● Stay ahead of the curve. Track how AI capabilities, tools, and norms are shifting over time, and revise curriculum and guardrails before they go stale.
● Provide change management support across various initiatives and projects and for broad segments of the organization.
● Drive processes to ensure key stakeholders understand the change implications associated with outcomes and deliverables.
● Identify and work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that help them thrive in continuous change.
● Ensure change enablement strategies and actions are incorporated into technology implementations and steady state operations.
● Play a key role helping to define and measure success metrics and monitor progress as well as business outcomes.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent OCM certification preferred
You may be a good fit if you:
● Have originated a team or function that didn't exist before.
● Have successfully deployed AI-forward initiates that drive transformation across an enterprise organization.
● Have built learning or enablement programs from scratch, at organizational scale that successfully changed behavior.
● Have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across a variety of functions and disciplines.
● Operate from a data-driven mindset, using analytical rigor to define success and translate outcome data into clear actionable insights.
● Are comfortable with ambiguity, understanding that real impact often involves pivoting based on the changing AI landscape and business needs.
Strong candidates may also have:
● A strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, change management, or organizational psychology.
● A proven track record of looking beyond conventional playbooks to uncover creative solutions to complex challenges.
