We are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the OCM and Communications Leads in the rollout of a new application. This role is crucial in assisting with the creation of documentation, user guides, and other communication materials to facilitate a smooth transition for users. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.
What You’ll Do
Assist in creating comprehensive documentation, user guides, FAQs, and other materials to support the new application
Manage communication channels, ensuring that all content is accurate, user-friendly, and readily available to stakeholders
Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for documentation and communication materials
Ensure clear and effective communication with users regarding changes and updates related to the new application
Gather and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve communication materials and support processes
Work closely with the OCM Lead, Communications Lead, and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communication efforts
Assist in developing and delivering training programs and workshops to prepare users for the new application
Provide general support to the OCM team in executing change management activities and tracking progress
What You'll Need
Required:
2+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, communications, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
Proficiency in managing communication channels and content
Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in the education sector or government projects
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$32p/h - $38p/hThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
