Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Ocean Product Business Plan, ensuring profitability and productivity goals are achieved.
- Maintain and grow positive relationships with key accounts through proactive communication and timely, accurate support.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance by overseeing cargo release, delivery processes, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth, accountability, and a high-performing culture.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Ocean Import/Export with a minimum of 7 years in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving business results.
- Strong business development mindset with a proven ability to grow revenue and expand market share.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, operational metrics, and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/supply chain software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
