Purpose of the role
Customer Experience roles focus on supporting customers after onboarding, including customer channel management, case management, customer onboarding and relationship management, contract and dispute management, and related activities.
You will be Responsible for:
Working as an individual contributor, applying technical or functional expertise rather than directly managing people.
Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and supporting process or program activities when required.
Setting objectives and delivering assigned responsibilities independently within defined guidelines.
Building professional knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Selecting appropriate solutions from known alternatives and escalating complex issues when required.
