OccupationaTherapist – Pediatrics, Charleston (PT/PRN or W-2)

Southland Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Charleston area to provide early intervention therapy services for children.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide play-based occupational therapy for children
• Work in natural environments (home/daycare) 
• Collaborate with families to support progress beyond sessions
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, sensory processing, and motor skills

• Immediate Caseload Available – Start working right away once credentialed
• Flexible Schedule – Build a schedule that fits your life
• W2 or 1099 Options – Choose employment or contract
• Full Administrative Support – We handle referrals, authorizations, and billing
• No Waiting on Insurance Payments – Get paid promptly
• Early Intervention Referral Network – Consistent patient flow

• $40–$65 per hour (based on experience & role type)
• Productivity incentives available depending on caseload
