Opportunity Highlights:
- General Ob/Gyn Practice
- 12 provider group – 9 physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (NP)
- 20-22 Patients per day
- Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:45pm) – Friday (8am – 12noon)
- Robotic Surgery
- Providers rotate to different locations depending on the needs
- Location: OBGYN in Jacksonville at Baptist South | Women's Care

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
- Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- Active BLS Certification
Skills Required
- MD or DO degree
- Current and unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain
- Current and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain
- Ob/Gyn Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn residency program
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- Active BLS certification
