IT Consultant (Observability)

We’re looking for an experienced IT Consultant to lead and drive multiple IT initiatives across the organization, with Observability as the first project. This role will own each workstream end-to-end, coordinating across business and technical teams, supporting decision-making, estimating costs, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable solutions across enterprise and hybrid environments.

What will you do?

• Own and lead the Observability project (with future projects to follow) from planning through execution.

• Facilitate the evaluation and selection of vendor solutions, guiding stakeholders through structured decision-making processes.

• Act as the main point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

• Ensure IT project initiatives are effectively integrated into enterprise systems (cloud and on-prem) from both a strategic and delivery perspective.

• Oversee project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Communicate updates, recommendations, and decisions clearly to Directors and VPs.

• Drive adoption, documentation, and change management across teams.

• Ensure cost-awareness and governance considerations are incorporated into solution design and implementation.

Who are you ?

• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong track record of owning and delivering cross-functional IT initiatives.

• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, or engineering fields.

• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

• Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on observability, SRE, monitoring, or platform-related initiatives as Project manager, IT Consultant or Project leader.

• Familiarity with enterprise tooling landscapes and hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments.

• Experience in large organizations managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
