Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our collaborative team of three physicians, two certified midwives, and four advanced practice providers. This role offers a balanced clinical schedule, surgical opportunities, and a supportive, team-based environment. H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
As an OB/GYN at Healthcare United, you will:
- Work a 4-day clinic schedule with 0.5–1 day for surgical procedures.
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with midwives taking first call during the week.
- Cover 1:4 weekend calls.
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including DaVinci Robot-assisted surgeries.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent with Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN.
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Maryland.
- Willingness to provide comprehensive care, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical services.

Compensation & Financial Incentives:
- Base Salary: $385,000 plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.

Skills Required
