Provide comprehensive adult urology care through outpatient visits, consultations, urologic procedures, and surgeries. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with limited call and offers clinical and administrative support.

Provide outpatient endocrinology care, including evaluation and management of diabetes, thyroid disease, metabolic disorders, and related conditions. Conduct follow-up visits, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans with physicians, educate patients, document care in the EMR, and support continuity within the endocrinology program.

Hospital-employed outpatient Urologist providing evaluation and management of common and complex male and female urologic conditions. Perform office procedures (cystoscopy, biopsies, vasectomy, urodynamics), order and interpret imaging and labs, coordinate care with specialists, maintain documentation, and participate in quality initiatives. Monday–Friday schedule with limited call and minimal inpatient rounding.

Provide orthopedic surgical care across clinic, operating room, and hospital settings; manage orthopedic ER and weekend call coverage until team expansion; collaborate with advanced practice providers; participate in outpatient practice across multiple Western NY locations; support community-focused, work-life balanced practice.

Join a seven-physician orthopedic practice as a fellowship-trained Orthopedic, Foot & Ankle, or Hand Surgeon. Provide surgical and outpatient care in a new clinic, share 1:6 call, use dedicated OR block time and Meditech Expanse EMR. Must be board-certified/eligible, MD/DO, fellowship-trained, and eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license.

Provide psychiatric care across inpatient and outpatient settings for adult and geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary hospital-employed practice. Participate in 1:4 call rotation, offer telehealth outpatient services, collaborate with nursing, social work, and clinical coordinators, and support crisis care in the ER.
