Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Physician to join the Westside Medical Center team in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients.
This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians, nurse midwives, rotating OBGYN and Family Medicine residents, and supportive clinical and administrative staff. The role provides a mix of obstetrics and gynecology services with 24/7 backup on the L&D unit, dedicated on-site anesthesia and pediatric services, a nursery equipped to care for neonates 35 weeks and older, and an average of 120 deliveries per month.
This is an on-site position located in Hillsboro, OR

Your Total Rewards:
The annual salary for this position is $370,500-$417,600 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. - Base salary range: $345,000-$392,100
- Lifestyle Stipend: $25,500 annually
- Sign-on Bonus $25,000
- Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
