Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN Physician to join the team in Longview, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients. The Longview clinic is comprised of two OBGYN physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff.
This position takes call at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where there is support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and a Kaiser Permanente back-up system 24/7. The hospital features a Level III NICU, on-site anesthesia, and an average of 70 deliveries per month.
This is an on-site position located in Longview, WA
What You Can Expect:
- Shared call coverage amongst a group of 14 physicians
- Perform scheduled GYN surgeries at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center
- Work with a highly skilled, collegial, and dedicated team focused on a patient-centered approach to care
- Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR

- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Your Total Rewards:
The annual salary for this position is $396,500-$447,100 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. - Base salary range: $371,000-$421,600
- Lifestyle Stipend: $25,500 annually
- Sign-on Bonus $25,000
- Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
- Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
