Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
Führung der zugeteilten Servicemannschaft innerhalb Ihrer Schichten
Betreuung von Bankettveranstaltungen und Außer-Haus Caterings
Verantwortung für die korrekte Abrechnung und Buchungen im Kassensystem Addipos
Verantwortung für die korrekte Arbeitszeiterfassung der Aushilfsmitarbeiter in dem Programm InSitu
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel- oder Restaurantfach
Erfahrung in gleicher oder ähnlicher Position
Organisationstalent gepaart mit einem souveränen und professionellen Auftreten
Gast- und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
Rasche und sichere Arbeitsweise

Estrel Berlin operates a large integrated hospitality and events destination in Berlin, centered on a 1,125-room hotel, three restaurants, bars, spa, and live entertainment. Its connected Estrel Congress Center provides conference, trade-fair, and event facilities, with 30,000 square meters of function space and capacity for 15,000 visitors. The company also offers event technology, catering, floor-plan design, decoration, and supplementary cultural programs.
