About this Role: 

  • Championing Women’s Health: As an OB/GYN Physician at Evara Health, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to women across all stages of life, ensuring access to high-quality, patient-centered services.

Education & Experience:

  • Valid and current State of Florida Medical License
  • Valid and current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration Certificate
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty. If Board Eligible, certificate should be obtained within 18-24 months from start of employment
  • Maintains Hospital Privileges at the Center’s referral hospital
  • Maintains Continuing Education Credits as required for licensing
  • Maintains Basic Life Support Skills Certification

Skills Required

  • Valid and current Florida medical license
  • Valid and current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration certificate
  • Board certified or board eligible in the primary specialty
