How you will contribute
- Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel-driven best practices for design and for non-standard areas, evaluating contextual designing. Map the requirements to the RefModel and work with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design the new workflows, ensuring the business processes adhere to the o9 functionality
- Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components
- Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design
- Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows utilizing a benchmark data integration product. Technical data validation with dbt, icedq, databricks or similar tools
- Experience driving daily technical and design direction in o9
- Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value
- Focus on driving o9 across supply chain elements, including across Supply Control, Supply Management Review, LP Solver and Integrated Supplier Planning in o9
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
- Own and manage o9 SP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ
- Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement

Knowledge, Experience and Education
- 12-15 overall years of experience
- More than 3 years' experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Technically hands on SQL, MySQL to be able to manage o9 SSIS layer
- Technically hands on mathematical models, predictive model's desirable python & pyspark
- Experience in GIT, Kubernetes, Containerization will be plus
- Experience code reviews, code packing, code/batch dependency management & library management
- Large global team management, including internal and contract resources
- Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
