How you will contribute
You will:

  • Work closely with Global deployment team, regional and BU Projects and cross functions leading O9 core model deployment and execution in BU's by waves
  • Ensure deployment in the respective waves (BU's in scope) delivered on time and on cost through close partnership with SI and MDS with support from functional SME's
  • Define business process scope for BU releases and manage customization needs to drive adoption and value delivery
  • Establish integration and linkage to business workstreams for BU, identify additional change management needs to address gap closure
  • Work with BU business operation teams to define and deliver UAT success, ensure business continuity and success go-live
  • Lead the BRD creation with business and MDS team and liase with functional SME to resolve BU specific requirements and process standardization
  • Convey lesson learnt from complete BU's regional or globally to next waves and ensure smooth execution
  • Manage interdependencies between O9 and other ongoing projects to ensure join success

  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning especially with experience to implement APS solutions like O9 / Kinaxis / OMP etc.
  • Demonstrated business operations understanding and multi market working experience.
  • Digital transformation experience especially O9 and Kinaxis is a plus
  • Leadership skills to be able to influence multiple level and communicate vision / strategy clearly
  • Demonstrated capability of managing a complex situation / project with ambiguities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and x-functional orchestrating capability under pressure and complex matrix team
  • Result driven and strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timeline
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
