Main responsibilities of this Position:
The Business Process Owner for Order to Cash is a strategic role focused on the harmonization and standard design of O2C processes across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and operating the governance framework for O2C topics while managing end-to-end O2C solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Process Architecture & Governance
● Serve as the primary owner and architect for the "to be" business process hierarchy within the O2C domain.
● Manage strategic process architecture, perform impact assessments, and provide governance for all organizational, process, and system changes.
● Coordinate and prepare critical elements for arbitration and decision-making.
Harmonization & Standardization
● Drive global harmonization across countries by defining target processes and
increasing process maturity through solution design and internal controls.
● Actively engage with international stakeholders(internal and external) and SSC to ensure process satisfaction and promote the value of standardization.
● Maintain comprehensive process documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across the group.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
● Design high-quality processes utilizing a continuous improvement approach,
including the definition of flows, KPIs, and business rules.
● Develop a strategic roadmap for O2C enhancement, including IT and functional projects as well as training initiatives.
● Benchmark processes regularly against competitors and other industries to ensure practices evolve in line with technology and market changes.
Solution Management
● Oversee the full lifecycle of O2C solutions, including design, gap analysis, change management, testing, roll-out, and ongoing operations.
● Implement and monitor appropriate KPIs and reporting metrics to measure the success and performance of the O2C function across all organizations.

Mandatory fluency in English.
At least 3+ years of professional experience, specifically within Finance and Project Management;
Advanced skills in GSuite and Excel. Oracle Financials is not mandatory but considered a plus.
