- Unload delivery trucks
- Stock and rotate supplies
- Monitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as needed
- Monitors and cleans food service equipment
- Duties may also include cashier responsibilities
- Set-up and serve catered events as required
Physical Demands
- Involves constant standing, pulling of carts and equipment
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to endure heat
- Hours may be extended to meet the needs of the department
Shift
- Hours may vary anytime between 6:00am - 7:00pm
- PRN - As Needed
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2-3 years in a restaurant environment
- Must have the ability to read and write
- CPU experience is a plus.
