Coordinates inpatient rehabilitation care for an assigned caseload, collaborates with the care team to identify patient/family goals, plans discharge and post‑acute services, manages utilization and referrals, and serves as the IRF PAI Coordinator for assigned patients.

Post and reconcile daily hospital and physician payments, balance cash deposits, investigate discrepancies, manage patient credit balances and refunds, process refund requests, and prepare monthly collection agency recovery reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and cook food, deliver meals, maintain clean work areas, monitor food temperatures, and assist with catering as needed.

Oversee physician billing and accounts receivable operations, supervise billing staff, manage claims submission, insurance follow-up, cash posting and A/R resolution, audit registration and coding, educate clinic staff, support compliance and process improvement, and perform HR-related management functions.

Measure, fit, repair, and fabricate orthoses and prostheses; assist clinicians with patient fittings; manage inventory, maintain equipment, and perform routine department cleanup.

Coordinate billing and coding processes for multiple departments, ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines, resolve billing issues, and support revenue cycle management.

The position involves conducting human research focused on neurological recovery from stroke and spinal cord injuries, developing independent studies within a collaborative environment.
