Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health RN Manager to lead our nursing team and support high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to behavioral health nursing staff
- Oversee daily unit operations to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- 3–5 years of behavioral health experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices
