Clients
South of Maidstone, our clients are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to support the day to day running of this large and established Nursery, together with ensuring the teams in the rooms are delivering the highest possible early years education. Working a 40 hr week, our clients are offering a generous salary up to £40k depending on experience, together with fantastic benefits including a joining bonus. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays together with additional days over Xmas break.

Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a
management or team-leading role
Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance
with statutory requirements
