Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and patient care standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
  • Experience in a specialized area of nursing, such as critical care, emergency, or pediatrics (preferred)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
