Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical attention whenever needed, to staff in case of injury or illness.
- Maintain and manage the hotel’s clinic or first-aid station.
- Conduct regular health screenings and wellness checks.
- Assist with occupational health and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee wellness programs and health education.
- Liaise with local health authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Valid Nursing License in Sierra Leone.
- Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or clinical settings.
- First Aid, CPR, and emergency response certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive health matters with discretion.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service settings is a plus.
