Provide onsite occupational medical care and first response, support Safety Managers, manage workers' compensation and scheduling, coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug testing, develop and deliver employee health and wellness programs, maintain clinic relationships, and manage hearing, heat stress, respiratory protection, and ergonomics programs including training.

Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Provide medical care ranging from minor incidents to acting as a first responder.
- Support and assist Safety Managers in coordinating and managing health services.
- Maintain workers compensation information for claims, and help schedule doctor visits and transportation.
- Coordinate and perform pre-employment physicals and drug testing (post-offer, accident, and random).
- Develop and implement employee health and wellness programs such as health assessments, immunization programs, medical care, wellness education, counseling, etc.
- Maintain active and positive ongoing relationship with local occupational health clinic.
- Manage hearing conservation, heat stress, respiratory protection and ergonomics programs including development and delivery of employee training.
- All other relevant duties to the job.
- Current Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Prior occupational health experience within a similar environment preferred.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
- Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA regulations.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
