We're seeking a full-time Nurse Quality Reporting Specialist to join our Risk, Quality & Compliance team at a focused specialty orthopedic hospital and take ownership of KCOI’s regulatory quality reporting.
You’ll independently manage the accurate, timely submission of CMS IQR and Hospital Harm eCQMs, Promoting Interoperability, Hybrid Measures, THA/TKA PRO-PM, NHSN data, HCAHPS, and related federal/state reports. You’ll partner with clinical leaders and IT to strengthen documentation and data capture, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and help protect our public quality metrics.
This role offers meaningful autonomy, a collaborative smaller-hospital environment, and the chance to contribute to broader quality initiatives as time allows.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse with solid clinical experience and direct knowledge of CMS reporting (IQR, eCQMs, NHSN, or similar). BSN and CPHQ preferred.

Skills Required
- Registered Nurse license
