What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
Support clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Assist with staff development, training, and performance management
Qualifications
Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
