The IMA Group is expanding its presence in the Savannah, Georgia area and is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers who are Registered Certified Rehab Suppliers with the State of Georgia to join our growing 1099 network.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Workers’ Compensation professionals who enjoy field-based case management, flexible scheduling, and building strong relationships with injured workers and healthcare providers throughout the Savannah area and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical case management for Workers’ Compensation cases
  • Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and insurance carriers
  • Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Attend medical appointments and communicate updates to all involved parties
  • Facilitate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and job site assessments as needed
  • Monitor injured worker progress and assist with return-to-work planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and reports
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Registered Certified Rehab Supplier with the State of Georgia
  • Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation case management experience
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills
  • Professional liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable transportation for local field travel
  • Personal computer and phone access

Preferred:

  • Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish
