Full Time Benefits 

  • Rate Scale:
    • $17.00/Hourly to start
    • $20.00/Hourly once CNA-I is obtained and Active on the Maryland Board of Nursing 
  • PTO: 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over)

Responsibilities

Nursing Assistants in Training receive on the job training, full-time benefits, mentorship, enrollment into CNA-I training and wrap around services to include Career Planning, Mentorship, Childcare Support and Transportation Support through our partnership w/ Dwyer Scholars.


Qualifications

Full Time Hours- Required

Schedule:7a-3p/3p-11p

Every-other weekend rotations (Saturday and Sunday)- required 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.

Must be 18 years or older
