We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in executing integrated marketing campaigns while also taking ownership of planning and managing events—both online and offline. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in organizing events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing & CampaignsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and printed materials.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitors, and campaign performance.
Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase online presence and lead generation.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Plan and execute company events, product launches, trade shows, webinars, exhibitions, and internal activities.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, and third-party providers.
Develop event strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals.
Oversee event promotion across marketing channels and ensure brand consistency.
Manage event logistics, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for each event.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, with proven experience managing events.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with event platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom Webinar) is a plus.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
Knowledge of budgeting, sponsorship management, and post-event analysis.
Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt quickly during live events.
