Job Summary:
The NSS A/P Coordinator processes accounts payable invoices and maintains vendor master data.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Processes electronic and manual invoices for payments.
- Initiates ACH /Check payments per the AP Payment Calendar.
- Resolves exception invoices and related documents within the AP workflow tool.
- Coordinates with Divisions and other functional teams within NSS to resolve contract payment processing errors.
- Participates in the Records Retention process for the NSS Accounts Payable Team.
- Adds and maintains vendor master data in the financial system.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts within the NSS Accounts Payable Team and the collective NSS Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
