- Design and implement network infrastructures to best fit customer security requirements and timeline
- Attend and lead the technical kick-off meeting to set customer expectations and can evaluate any concerns
- Ensure accuracy of daily report on all open and closed tickets for submission to supervisor.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining adherence to organization and professional standards.
- Respond to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail and automated system alerts using ticketing system.
- Secondary resource in providing solutions and defined security requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide Technical trainings (Internally/Partners/End Users)
- Must pass all certification exams that may be required by the company on the products that will be supported
- Provide Post and Pre-Sales Technical support that

- Secondary pre-sales resource in creation of BOM recommendation, TOR response, Product presentation and sizing

Skills Required
